The Coretech 845 Dual OA Knee Brace improves mobility and relieves pain caused by tears, arthritis, fractures, sprains, and other common injuries affecting the knees. It mitigates pressure on both the medial and lateral sides of the knee for full-range support.
Customize the straps by measuring and cutting to the desired lengths. Use the included keys to adjust the hinge and set the flexion. Non-slip padding and lightweight construction keep the brace breathable and securely in place.
Customizable: This brace can be customized with a heat stamp of your practice logo on the front strap.

- Use the Phillips head side of the included key to loosen the screws on the outer hinge cover.
- Place the hinge-stops provided to restrict range of motion to your desired extension or flexion (bend) on each side. Each hinge-stop is labeled with the degrees.
- Secure the screws back on and test.
Use the Allen head side of the key provided and turn the unloading dial, located above the hinge, clock or counterclockwise to adjust the amount of pressure unloaded.
