To help reduce swelling and inflammation by stimulating blood circulation around the affected area, perform the steps below:

  1. Use the hand pump to increase the compression until comfortably tight.
  2. Leave the brace compressed for approximately 5 seconds.
  3. Slowly release the air for approximately 3 seconds.
  4. Leave uncompressed for approximately 5 seconds.
  5. Repeat steps 1 – 4 for 5 – 10 minutes or 5 – 7 repetitions.
  1. Do NOT machine wash or dry. Spot clean the brace with a damp cloth and hang dry.
  2. Wipe the gel pack clean with a dry cloth and keep stored in a cool place.
