The Coretech Offloader Elite Wrap is a side-specific knee orthosis designed to provide compartmental offloading for patients with osteoarthritis knee pain. Its adjustable offloading hinge redistributes pressure away from the affected medial or lateral compartment to support knee alignment and stability, while included flexion and extension stops allow licensed medical professionals to control range of motion according to the prescribed fitting protocol.
Available in dedicated Left Universal and Right Universal configurations, the brace uses wide upper and lower wrap panels with a numbered four-strap system for consistent application and a secure, customizable fit. The wrap and straps can be trimmed with scissors to accommodate individual sizing needs without heat molding or bending tools, and the removable machine-washable cover supports easier care throughout extended use.
